Clove stems are the dry fragment of the stalk of the clove. Clove clusters are plucked by hand and the stems and buds are separated. The essence of stems can be extracted .They are also used with clove buds for grinding into powder to be used as spices and mixed curry. Cloves stem is processed and hand cleaned from any foreign matter and leaves and then sun dried before packing in PP bags.

Clove stem is available in two qualities: Clove stem with oil which is slightly brown in color and distilled clove stem (without oil) which is a bit blackish in color.
